Who are Heavenly Stays guests, and how long are their typical stays?

Heavenly Stays guests include those traveling for leisure, business, or corporate stays. We often have guests on business trips, medical professionals fulfilling their duties, as well as couples and families satisfying their needs of a long awaited vacation. Our stays range from one night to six months, with an average stay of three nights.


Does Heavenly Stays have a cleaning team?

After each stay, our professional cleaning team will inspect and clean each unit. Each cleaner is well equipped with professional supplies. If a guest stays for an extended period, we clean the apartment weekly upon request from the guest.

How does the Heavenly team protect the guests and the property?

Heavenly provides top-to-bottom protection, which covers pet damage, deep cleaning, and more. If the property or belongings ever get damaged by a guest during a stay, in the rare event that a guest gets hurt during a stay or experience, Heavenly’s liability insurance applies to both the guests and the property.
